Frequently Asked Questions

1) Clarify and set your Goals for Month 1 on page 18. You complete this at the start of each month.
2) Decide on your start month; write this month down in the appropriate space (starting on page 21).
3) Fill out your dates for the month at the top of each week starting on page 22 (this creates a clear structure).
4) Set your intentions daily (this can be a list of keywords or a sentence).
5) Tick Catch Your Breath when you take at least 10 minutes out to focus on your breathing.
6) Use the time slots to plan Key Priorities throughout your day.
7) Tick Nutrition Support once you take your supplements.
8) Tick Personal Development Audio once you read or listen to an uplifting, motivating piece.
9) Tick 10 x Fruit & Veg once you achieve this.
10) Tick your Water Checker once you hit at least 2 litres.
11) Tick Physical Exercise once completed.
12) Use the Action List to target specific areas where you must Action. Once achieved, tick it off!
13) Use the Reflections to write down your wins and equally how you can improve. If you run out of space, you can use the notes pages from page 102.
14) You receive 1 point for each Action Step you complete. Your points comprise of the following items:
Daily Intentions
Catch Your Breath
Cover key food groups.
15) Your Final Score is your total points at the end of the week.
16) Use the journaling section on page 108 to regularly air your thoughts.
